📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Finance Director in managing the company's financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support business decisions.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Support the Finance Director in financial planning and analysis, including scenario modeling and variance analysis.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external audits and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards is a plus.
