As a Deputy Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to the Warehouse Manager.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of safety and quality standards is a plus.,Familiarity with coffee industry standards and practices is a plus.,Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
