Your daily tasks will involve visiting merchants, understanding their pain points, and presenting our innovative solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Engage with merchants to understand their payment needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate our digital payment solutions, including QRIS, credit card processing, and e-wallet integrations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to expand our client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to merchants post-sale.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of payment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech or payment solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of digital payment technologies and solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
