Resto Lestari Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated General Affairs professional to join our team. This is an urgent position that requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs and a passion for providing excellent service to our patients and staff. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the office supplies inventory and ensure all necessary items are available for staff use.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and equipment.,Maintain and update the clinic's administrative records, including patient records and financial documents.,Assist in the organization and scheduling of staff meetings and events.,Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure that all correspondence is properly filed and distributed.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Support the clinic manager in any other administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a general affairs or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
