📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and providing guidance on HR issues.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.,Collaborate with managers to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to support the team's continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to travel within Sumatera Selatan as needed.
