📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees,Manage and monitor IT security measures,Install, configure, and update software and hardware,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation,Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation,Provide training and support to new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and security,Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems,Experience with ITIL processes and best practices,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
