📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall store performance goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
