📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Conduct job analyses and job descriptions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Source and screen potential candidates for various positions within the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
