📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of data analysts in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decisions.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to improve business performance.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through data validation and quality control processes.,Create and maintain data models and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights.,Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, and mentor team members on best practices.,Participate in data-driven decision-making processes and present findings to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a leadership role in the last 2 years.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Experience in data visualization and storytelling to communicate insights effectively.,Proven track record of improving data quality and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
