📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of data entry staff, ensuring high-quality and accurate data entry.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor data entry processes to identify and resolve any issues or errors.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they meet the required standards and skills.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software as needed.,Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.,Provide regular reports on data entry performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of data entry software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized data entry software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with data security and privacy best practices is a plus.
