📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and growth.,Develop and implement lesson plans and curricula that align with our school's mission and meet the needs of our students.,Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and students.,Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive education for our students.,Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities and events to enrich the learning experience for our students.,Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.,Attend and participate in professional development workshops and conferences to stay current with best practices in education.,Represent the school at community events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in curriculum development and implementation.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Commitment to our school's mission and values.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
