Pacific Stainless Steel is seeking a highly experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can hit the ground running.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to keep the operation running at peak performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
