📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to senior members through regular visits, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
• Organize and facilitate worship services, Bible studies, and other spiritual activities tailored to the needs of seniors.
• Coordinate with other ministry teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for seniors.
• Assist in planning and executing special events and activities for seniors, such as retreats, outings, and social gatherings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and support provided to seniors.
• Collaborate with the church leadership to develop and implement programs that promote the well-being and spiritual growth of seniors.
• Promote the values and mission of the church to seniors and their families.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the Glowing Years Ministry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Pastoral Care, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pastoral care, church ministry, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of biblical principles and a deep understanding of Christian teachings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and support seniors.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using church management software and other relevant tools.
• Familiarity with the local culture and customs of Bali.
• Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural environment.
