📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on the candidate's qualifications and fit with the team.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Familiarity with local job market trends and recruitment strategies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
