Mart Root Pratama is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and excellent organizational skills. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs as needed.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing delivery routes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
