📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
• Manage guest reservations and ensure all bookings are accurately recorded.
• Assist with front desk operations, including handling inquiries and resolving guest concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is always welcoming and professional.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Stay updated on local attractions, dining options, and wellness activities to provide valuable recommendations to guests.
• Promote our retreat's amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or front desk reception.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for wellness and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
