📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of hardware engineers in designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge hardware solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that hardware designs meet the requirements of software and system architectures.
• Oversee the prototyping process, from initial concept to final product, ensuring that designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hardware engineering and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in hardware design and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in hardware engineering, with a strong background in designing and developing hardware solutions.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of hardware engineers.
• Familiarity with hardware design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, and Eagle.
• Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers, including Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other development boards.
• Strong understanding of PCB design, including layout, routing, and signal integrity.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, IEC, and RoHS.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
