📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Maintain and enforce high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas
- Use Housekeeping Management System (HMS) to manage room assignments and inventory
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
- Handle linens, towels, and other amenities, including laundry and restocking supplies
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of rooms for special events and conferences
- Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team in a timely manner
- Work closely with the front desk and concierge to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with Housekeeping Management System (HMS) or similar software
- Valid ID and work permit for Bali
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
