As an IT Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our school's network, servers, and various educational software. You'll ensure that our students and staff have seamless access to the digital resources they need. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the school's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and educational software such as Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, and learning management systems like Moodle.
• Provide technical support to staff and students, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of IT systems.
• Monitor and maintain the school's cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and regular security updates.
• Assist in the implementation of new educational technology initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with the school's IT team and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the school's IT systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices to continuously improve the school's IT infrastructure.
• Document and report on IT issues, solutions, and improvements to ensure continuous enhancement of the school's technology systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role in an educational or corporate environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with educational software and learning management systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
