📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily pharmacy operations including inventory control, ordering, and distribution.,Ensure compliance with all local and national pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Provide expert advice on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects to customers.,Train and supervise junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.,Participate in product development and quality control processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy transactions.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.,Promote the pharmacy's products and services to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Valid pharmacist license and certification.,Familiarity with product development and quality control processes.
