📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage and supervise a team of waitresses, ensuring high standards of service are maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Monitor and report sales and customer feedback to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
