📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to track progress and performance.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards to continuously improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
