📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure competitive hiring practices.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the management team.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools and technologies to enhance the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software (e.g., ATS, CRM systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
