📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in preparing and updating sales materials and presentations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating sales meetings and appointments.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely responses and actions.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and quotas.
  • Assist in preparing reports and updates for the sales team.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about sales and customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
