Generali is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Controller to join our team in Bali. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the credit risk of our clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.,Monitor and analyze credit risk exposure, including identifying and mitigating potential risks.,Conduct regular reviews of credit applications and maintain accurate records of credit information.,Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credit issues and ensure timely resolution.,Prepare and present regular reports on credit risk and performance to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit management.,Provide training and support to junior credit controllers as needed.,Ensure all credit activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control or a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles and practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and practices in the insurance industry is a plus.
