📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.,Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
