📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic educational plans aligned with national and local educational goals.
• Oversee the execution of educational projects in collaboration with government bodies, schools, and NGOs.
• Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to inform program improvements.
• Monitor program progress and make data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
• Lead a team of educators and consultants to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational consulting or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing educational initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of educational policies and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using educational management software such as PowerSchool or similar tools.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
