🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in agricultural management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing agricultural projects.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and technologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
