You'll use tools like Zoho CRM and Google Workspace to streamline our processes and provide top-notch support to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Use Zoho CRM to track and manage customer interactions and service requests.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor service quality and address any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Google Workspace for communication, collaboration, and document management.
• Provide excellent customer support and ensure clients receive the best possible experience.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members to ensure consistent service quality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or operational support role.
• Proven experience in using Zoho CRM and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the home services industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Willingness to travel and work in Bengkong, Kepulauan Riau.
