📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and enforce high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas
• Use Housekeeping Management System (HMS) to manage room assignments and inventory
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
• Handle linens, towels, and other amenities, including laundry and restocking supplies
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of rooms for special events and conferences
• Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team in a timely manner
• Work closely with the front desk and concierge to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and best practices
• Familiarity with Housekeeping Management System (HMS) or similar software
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
