Junior Quantity Surveyor - Construction & Cost Management
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Quantity Surveyor with 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry? We are seeking a motivated professional to join our dynamic team in Bali, where you will play a key role in cost estimation, contract administration, and project management. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. You will work closely with our project managers and site supervisors to deliver projects on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular reports to project managers
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity take-offs
- Prepare and submit invoices and payment requests
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and cost proposals
- Provide support to the project team in resolving cost-related issues
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost-related matters
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in cost estimation and contract administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of construction costing software such as Projis, CostX, or similar
- Understanding of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
