🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Proven experience in managing HR operations and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with HR software such as SAP HR and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
