• Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor and report on high-impact initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Drive transformative change initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high levels of governance and accountability.
• Leverage project management tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, and Confluence to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and governance, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficient in using project management tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, and Confluence.
