📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create high-quality maps and spatial data for real estate projects, including land use plans, site development maps, and property boundary maps.
- Utilize GIS software such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and QGIS to analyze and visualize spatial data.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver accurate and visually appealing maps.
- Conduct field surveys and gather data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of maps.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in cartography and GIS.
- Prepare and present reports, including project status updates, data analysis, and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's GIS database.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism in all tasks.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Cartography, Geography, Surveying, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in cartography or GIS, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
- Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and QGIS.
- Strong understanding of spatial data analysis, map design, and cartographic principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with real estate development processes and terminology.
- Certification in GIS or cartography is a plus.
