📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and timely delivery of products.,Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to support production needs.,Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality standards.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or logistics optimization.,Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems, such as ERP software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
